The collection of flavour pastes is made using real Australian ingredients and is free from artificial colours and trans fats. Florentia’s range of fruit pastes contains over 20% real fruit, which enhances the natural flavour and fruit texture of the paste. These products have a refreshing aroma and can be used on their own or with additional fruit blended into the mix.

MARBELISERS/VARIEGATES – Not only for decorating these marbelisers are ideal for bringing in another flavour layering or texture profile to your gelato or ice cream.

 

COMPLETE GELATO, SORBET and CHOCOLATE BASES – Specifically designed to increase production output and eliminate common weighing errors, Florentia’s gelato bases are a perfect balance of all of the essential sugars, powders and stabilizers necessary to make your own authentic gelato. Using this complete base system ensures a homogenous texture, sweetness and structure is achieved. Whilst only requiring water, these bases still provide enough scope to add your own personalised touch to your products – for instance fresh cream and milk can also be added. Made using Australian dairy and non hydrogenated vegetable fat, these bases are free from trans-fat.

 

MILK and FRUIT BASES – For those artisans looking to create their own unique formulation, this base system provides the foundation of your mix. From there our range of technical products are added to customise your own flavour, fat level and structure of your gelato. Made using premium quality ingredients, and non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, these bases are free from trans-fats.
